Educational programmes and courses
Filmpool Nord collaborates with Luleå Technical University, adult education centres, upper secondary schools and other educational organisations in order to develop educational programmes and courses within film and media related fields. One example of this is our long standing participation in the TV and Media Programme offered by Kalix Folkhögskola, an adult education centre. There is also a course available in creative documentary arranged in association with Luleå Technical University in Piteå. Read more under COURSES.
Filmpool Nord’s media education initiative functions as a resource for teachers, children and young people in Norrbotten County. Our Film Commissioner Lars-Eric Larsson is involved in teacher training and arranging film courses for young people. More information about his work can be found under CHILDREN & YOUTH.
